ProCigar Festival Continues in Dominican Republic

(Cigar Aficionado) The fifth annual ProCigar Festival is under way in the Dominican Republic, the world’s leading producer of premium cigars.
The weeklong event began on Sunday in La Romana, with a golf tournament and a tour of Tabacalera de Garcia, the factory where Romeo y Julieta and Montecristo cigars are made. The party moved today to Santiago, the capital of Dominican cigarmaking. Continued
