Hot Chocolate with Cigar Milk


(Chicago Tribune Magazine) ... To prepare cigar milk, put 2 cups of the milk in a metal container inside a larger metal container. Put cigar in a small metal container; put next to milk in larger container. Light cigar until smoking; blow out any flames. Cover larger container with aluminum foil; let milk smoke 30 minutes. Strain cigar milk into a saucepan. Stir in 2 tablespoons of the sugar and pinch of salt. Continued
