7-20-4 Cigars Revived



(CigarCyclopedia) The R.G. Sullivan 7-20-4 was a legendary cigar in the northeastern United States almost from the start of production in 1874 until it finally died in 1963. It was made especially popular by the ubiquitous 7-20-4-branded tip trays which were available in bars and restaurants all throughout New England and which are highly prizes as collectibles today.
But the brand, named for the original address of the R.G. Sullivan factory - 724 Elm Street in Manchester, New Hampshire - has been resurrected. Kurt Kendall, owner of Twins Smoke Shop in Londonderry, N.H., collected the trademarks and revived the 7-20-4 in 2009 in five sizes.
