(Cigar Aficionado) ... From the roof, you have an unobstructed view of San Miguel de Allende's Parroquia, one of the more interesting churches south of the border. The church is dedicated to St. Michael the Archangel. It is a 17th century baroque religious edifice, but in the 19th century, when some of the original structure had begun to deteriorate, a local architect put on a neo-Gothic façade that now dominates the center of the city. At night, from your perch on the roof, you can see the lighted towers and gables of the pinkish church, along with the many rooftops and other churches in the downtown area.
The other good news is that this is really a year-round outdoor bar. Continued
