(Seacoastonline.com) Federal Cigar’s traditional matchbook poll, the Federal Forecast, is up and running this election season. Voters may cast matches for candidates for New Hampshire governor, U.S. Senate and the 1st Congressional District at the store's locations in Portsmouth, Dover, Epping and Plaistow. The poll has been held during election seasons since 1984. Polling this year will be conducted through Tuesday, Oct. 28. Continued
