(The Economist) A GOOD cigar should be smoked slowly and relished, reckoned Zino Davidoff, a Swiss tobacco merchant; a puff a minute is about right, according to his 1967 “Guide to Cigar Etiquette”. But fewer people are sparing the time. Cigar sales have declined by a fifth in the past five years—part of a general decline in smoking. Yet miniature cigars are holding steady.
