(Cigar Coop) … The Perla Del Mar Maduro uses the same binder and filler components as the original Connecticut Shade Perla Del Mar. The difference is the wrapper used is Connecticut Broadleaf. The Nicaraguan tobaccos come from the Pueblo Nuevo, La Reina, Condega, and Jalapa regions. Production is handled at J.C. Newman’s PENSA factory in Estelí, Nicaragua. Continued
