Cigar Review: Diesel Whiskey Row Sherry Cask Robusto

 

(Cigar Coop) The Diesel Whiskey Row Sherry Cask is the second project done between General Cigar, AJ Fernandez, and Rabbit Hole Distillery. In 2018, the trio worked together for the original Diesel Whiskey Row. This is a cigar that featured a San Andres Mexican binder aged in a bourbon barrel from Rabbit Hole Distillery. Fernandez then used the leaf to develop a blend that became the original Diesel Whiskey Row.
Now with Diesel Whiskey Row Sherry Cask, this time a binder leaf form Central Brazil’s Alagoas region was then aged in Rabbit Hole’s Ximénez Sherry barrel. Fernandez then incorporated the Alagoas leaf into a maduro blend. Continued
