New Travel And Business Rules Issued For Trade With Cuba

(Cigar Aficionado) The U.S. government has eased rules that govern business and travel regulations with Cuba, another step in normalizing relations with the island just 90 miles from Key West. The amendments to existing regulations were issued by the Department of Treasury's Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) and the Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS).
