(Fat-ash.com) Rocky Patel presents another very well-balanced cigar with the Vintage 1999 Connecticut. The cigar is rolled in Nicaragua and has a Connecticut wrapper from 1999. It contains a Nicaraguan binder and fillers from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua; all of which are aged seven years. This cigar has a light brown color and sports a white and gold band.
