Cigar Review: Caldwell The Last Tsar Belicoso

 

(Cigar Coop) Earlier this year, Robert Caldwell’s Caldwell Cigar Company announced its first limited edition project. While the project was initially with a code name “Nothing You Ever Heard of”, it would become known as “The Last Tsar”.
