(Cigar and Spirits) Punch is one of the legendary Cuban brands with roots going back to 1840. The brand is still active and made by Habanas SA in Cuba. It is a “split” brand, with the Punch trademark owned by the General Cigar Company and manufactured in Honduras.
Extremely popular in England, as well as the U.S., the designation EMS (English Market Selection) is a nod toward that heritage. A widely available cigar at a moderately low price (straddling $4 for packs of 10 to 25) this is a good choice to help fill your humidor. Continued
