(Economic Times) On a windy Monday evening at Jyran restaurant at Sof itel, Bandra Kurla Complex, Rocky Patel is simultaneously present at both ends of the terrace. At the northern point, he is on a large screen, talking about the science of cigar manufacturing.
At the southern end, he is there in person, talking about the technique of flying kites. "The key is good dora (thread)," Patel says. "But it's all about leverage. You have to get your kite in full wind under the other kite, then maraao the kheech...come in low, get under the other kite and pull." Continued
