(Cigar Aficionado) A quality cigar at a great price is sure a thing of beauty. This year’s list of bargain cigars proves that you don’t have to break the bank in order to enjoy a premium smoke; just take a look at the Te-Amo Revolution Robusto Ovalado, which placed number 13 on our list of Top 25 Cigars of 2014 and also rides the top of the category for best bargains of the year.
