(Smoking Jacket) ... In any event, when I woke up at 5:00 AM, the house was cozy, warm and quiet, and I found myself alone with my pipe.  So, throwing on a bathrobe, I thought I would take advantage of the unconscionably warm weather, and stand outside on my porch for a smoke.
