(Napa Valley Register) Sidestreet Fine Cigars & Luxury Accessories retail store is not your average neighborhood tobacconist; it’s a luxury lifestyle store where fine cigars are one of many things offered owner Shawn Dougherty has been offering since his store opened on Aug. 4 at 760 Main St. on the river side of Napa’s Riverfront complex.
