Rain Taking A Toll On ENC Tobacco Fields





Some tobacco farmers in Eastern Carolina say the recent increase in wet weather is destroying their crops and buyers are turning them away, and that could have a big impact when you consider the tobacco industry contributes $7-billion to the NC Economy.
We all know plants need water to grow and survive, but Dale Dawson at HMH Farms in Craven County knows firsthand- too much of it, is a bad thing
