Australian smokers to pay more for cigarettes as tobacco taxes rise by 13.7 per cent

 

(ABC) The tax on tobacco has risen by 13.7 per cent, in the second of four annual tax hikes that will increase the price of a packet of cigarettes to more than $20.
By 2016, one cigarette will cost about $1, making them more expensive in Australia than most countries. Continued
