A 'world-class' cigar bar opens in Portsmouth, NH

 

 

(seacostonline.com)  Cigar aficionados now have a new home on Market Street to toast their tobacco — and thanks to a relatively new state law, also enjoy a cocktail or two.

The Federal Cigar Bar, a fully stocked lounge featuring booth-style seating, members-only lockers, flat-screen televisions, leather couches and a state-of-the-art air filtration system, is open for business in the basement of 36 Market St.
