El Tiante Cigars Return as a "Pepin" Garcia Blend

(Cigar Aficionado) After a brief hiatus, legendary Boston Red Sox pitcher Luis Tiant is back in the cigar game with a revamped blend created by fellow Cuban José “Pepin” Garcia.
