New life for Simcoe tobacco processing plant



(brantfordexpositor.ca) The former Simcoe Leaf tobacco processing facility won't be closing after all.
Recently, Universal Tobacco of Richmond, Va., agreed to terms with Grand River Enterprises for the sale of the 27.5-acre property on Second Avenue in Simcoe. The paperwork was completed in mid-June, with the factory re-emerging under the name Norfolk Leaf Co. Ltd. Continued
