CB Holdings buys bankrupt tobacco companies in Mocksville

(Winston-Salem Journal) CB Holdings LLC has agreed to buy the assets of three bankrupt tobacco companies in Mocksville: Renegade Holdings Inc., Renegade Tobacco Co., and Alternative Brands Inc. The purchase price is $15.6 million.
Charles Fuller, the president and chief executive of CB Holdings, said that the operations will remain in Davie County with no changes, except for the Renegade and Alternative Brands names. Continued
