A Month of Cigar Festivals

(Cigar Aficionado) February has turned into party month in the cigar business. Three cigar festivals are taking place this month.
The parties begin this week in the Dominican Republic, with the fourth annual ProCigar Festival. ProCigar is a group of cigarmakers in the Dominican Republic and since 2008 they have brought together cigar lovers and retailers (most, but far from all, from the United States) for several days of cigar smoking, tours of factories and fields, and gala parties, all centered around the cigar.
