Jurua had just received cash for his one and a half tonnes of tobacco he harvested this year.“Now I will be able to pay school fees for my children, stock up my shop and complete my third house,” he gladly said as he boarded a bus to his village- Ocoko located in Ajia Sub-county in Arua district.
