Yeah, I couldn't remember what it was either, so here's a video from the last time it was available. I don't go out of my way to post things done by the manufacturer, but sometimes, I think, it's a good idea. Being a small batch product, if you have to wait for some guy to order the stuff, give it a good try, and then review it, it may be sold out by the time you decide you'd like to try some too.
Not to mention the fact that SPC and C&D are two very small companies; it's not like they are foisting some evil international conspiracy on unwary consumers. Heck, they don't even call them reviews, but "Tasting Notes." All in all, a pretty ethical bunch.
