Thomas Howes banned from smoking while playing Winston Churchill

(Sun) DOWNTON ABBEY star Thomas Howes was left fuming when he played a young Winston Churchill. The Murdoch Mysteries script called on him to smoke a cigar but the scene turned into a damp squib when he was BANNED from lighting up.
